We are available to assist landlords with the placement of tenants in their properties, independent of their use of our ongoing property management services. Fee Schedule
Our property management and leasing fees are some of the most competitive in the industry, while still maintaining an unmatched level of client and tenant care. Our fee schedule is as follows:
- Leasing Service: ½ of 1 month's rent or 6% of the value of a 1 year lease if rented via the Multiple Listing Service with a cooperating agent or broker
- Property Management: 5% of Monthly Rent ($65 monthly minimum)
- Discounts are available for properties renting for over $3,000 per month and multi-unit properties.
